What is the standard time of delivery?
We usually dispatch orders within 48 hours of confirmation.

Delivery related concern
My Order is returned without delivery attempt.

Why I have only received some part of my order(missing products)?
In some cases, when products are
not available in a single warehouse, your order may be dispatched in multiple
shipments. You will receive a tracking ID and tracking link for each shipment
via email and SMS, enabling you to track the status of each package.
Additionally, the shipped product details can be found on the invoice and the
shipping label of the delivered box.

Modify Order
1 How can I modify my Order(Phone Number/Address/Product)?

2 I am not able to cancel my order
Your order is cancelable only before being shipped. Once it is shipped, you won’t be able to cancel the order but don't worry - you can refuse at the time of delivery and we'll process the refund once the order is
marked Return to origin (RTO) by our courier partner

1 When will I get my Refund?
For paid orders, refund is initiated instantly on
cancellation/Returns/Failed Order. Once the refund is initiated, it takes 5-7
working days from the date of initiation (except for Saturday, Sunday, and
national holidays).
For COD order refund, once the refund is initiated, it takes
3-4 working days to reflect in the bank account. If you have shared UPI ID for
the refund, it will take 24 hours to reflect in the source account.
2 I have not received my refund

. If it has been 5-7 days from the refund initiation date, verify checking your
source account history for the refund. If you still cannot see your refund,

3 When will I receive my cashback?
On eligible orders, you will get the cashback in the dermaco wallet after 7 days of delivery.
4 Can I transfer my cashback to my bank account?
Under no circumstances will you be entitled to withdraw the eligible cashback amount into your bank account or otherwise ask for a cash withdrawal.
5 How can I use my cashback?
Please follow the below steps.
1. Login to your the QuickDil account with your registered contact number on the QuickDil Website or App.
2. Add the product into your Cart.
3. Click on "View Cart".
4. Click on "Proceed to Payment" after adding your address details.
5. Select the check box "QuickDil Wallet Balance" and it will utilize your QuickDil cash to pay for 70% of the order value.
The cashback amount will be applied as a discount for your eligible purchases. The cashback amount cannot be credited into any pre-paid instrument issued under applicable RBI laws.
6 Can I use 100% cashback in one order?
As per Cashback policy, the user is eligible to avail 70% of the order value can be paid via company account
7. What is the validity of mycashback?
The cashback will be valid for 90 days from the date of credited. Check your profile or Email/ SMS for the actual expiry date of cashback.
8 Payment failed but not received cashback.
If your payment was failed and
